Payroll is a system that genearate the salary or wages of employees.
It is days based system, In indian payroll system there is vairous type of earning and otherside various type of deduciton.

it is very difficult to explain payroll process here, if you ask any difficulty then it can be explain but total payroll process is not possible to mention here.
I can just say you, payroll means which we are going to pay to employees. in this process there are two side one is earning side another is deduction side. In earning side all gaining or allowance comes and deduction side all deduction comes such as statutory or non statutory. balance amount we have to pay him either cash or thru bank.

I gone through NAIP website and i m induced to join this institute. But i m living chennai and institutes located Bglr & Mumbai.
ya i can go for Distant edu course... But will Dist Edu be more effective compare to class room trainin?????
