I am doing my MBA in HRM final sem through DDE. I have a experience of 4+ Years in HR and Admin(Recruitment and Administration). I want to know after doing MBA HRM which course will be suitable for me to pursue my carrier qualification to endorse my experience.

I am agree with the thought of Mr.Johnson that you should more focus on the job and if you wish you can keep continue from distance learning from reputed institution like symbosis or should study on specific on HR domain like Competency mapping etc (Salahkar Consultants from Pune).
