I represent training department in an IT company. How do you measure the training effectiveness if the participants are mix of project need and the bench resources.Please help in designing a form which caters to both the categories. we do have an effectiveness form currently but does not show any questions related to bench resources.

i worked in a training dvn for an IT co. we followed different effectiveness forms 1) project specific trg & 2) general for all (incl bench). so i suggest, u can design forms for project specific and general. with this u can measure the effectiveness for both the categories.
