Is there any common practices in any organization ,where in an Employee been paid leaves taken on his Wedding ? (Paid Leave for Wedding) . If so , i would like to know the maximum days given under the scenario and general rules for this.

There is no law for this, but if company policy allows it then only you are eligible for the same!!!

I am working in Oman. Here three days paid leaves are allowed for marriage with the proof of marriage certificate. Here we have law. But in India there is no law, in this company can make a policy atleast 3 days paid leave for marriage and it depends on management.

NO LAW IN INDIA. In OMAN, does the paid holiday is allowed for all the 4 marriages (ps:- 4 marriages are permitted in shariat law)? What about females?
