Hi,
I am setting up a library, which contains books of self-help or job related, for the company. I have looked around on the internet, but couldn't find any Library Policy for company used.
Is there anyone can help here? Thank you.
All I need is just a sample or maybe things to be included in the policy.
Regards,
Ashley

1.Members are required to mail their requirements of books and CDs to ............ before personally meeting the librarian for the same.
2.All the issued CD’s should be returned within 24 hrs and books within 14 days.
3.After 14 days if the book is not in demand, it can be re-issued to the same person again. Under no circumstances will a book be issued to a person for more than 28 days in continuation.
4.Incase the books are not returned or re-issued on the due date, it shall be presumed that the member would like to own the book and hence it would be transferred in his/her name, with instructions to deduct the cost of the book from the member’s salary. The Company encourages members to read and build their personal library!
5.Only two books/magazines will be issued per member at a given time.
6.Incase there are books which are specific requirement of a particular project/department, the same shall be transferred to the said department and it would be the responsibility of the Manager/Director to maintain them thereafter.
7.Eatables and drinks are not allowed in the Library.
8.Please ensure that you show the access card each time you enter or leave the library.
