The follwoing are the limits in exemption in income tax for salaried person
Conv. All : 800 pm 9600 PA
HRA : 40% of Basic Salary in non metro
: 50 % of basic in metro cities (mumbai, kolkata, chennai, delhi)
Medical Reim: 1250 pm 15000 pa
PF 12 %
Child Eduction All: 200 pm 2400 pa
Medical insurance for hospitalization up 15000
LTA : Tax exempted once in 2 year.
