Hello,
We have a policy of Pat on the Back award(acrylic stars) for recognizing employees extraordinary work !
We had a policy of redeeming three stars with INR: 500.00 Gift Voucher, now employees are not willing to go with the vouchers, rather have the acrylic stars on their table.
Now we are planning to award them a wooden engraved certitifcate as a redemption of three stars, can any one help me on the best writing that can be engraved on the certificate ??
