Thanks Swapna, good to see some one feeling Happy..... I think concept will pick up. Perhaps we need to practice happiness by keeping at least two hours as Happy Hours in the day. I mean in those two hours let there be no thought or action that would bring unhappiness. Slowly we can increase the hours..... oh! it takes years. But start can be now... Thanks for your response.
