Dear Sir,
1. My company is frequently asking many employees to proceed on long leave without any pay as there is no project with the company right now. Wat is the legal aspect of this Orders?
2. In my appointment letter there is one clause " the company can terminate the employment by giving one month notice or salary in lieu of".
Whether they can terminate any employee without any valid reason or due to weak perfomance appraisal ? Wat compensation should we get if we not wish to resign and if they terminate ?

they are at liberty to terminate as per the appt letter. You are entitled for all the statutory benefits like Gratuity (if your service is 5 yrs and above), leave encashment, if any, PF settlement, notice pay, etc.
