hi,
My cousin joined company A and quited that company in 20 days(just by sending formal resignation e-mail). Reason for his decision is that
1) his company failed to full-fill the commitment(in terms of project and work) given to him at the time of interview.
2) his profile doesn't match their project and
3) some personal issues.
After seeing the e-mail, that company HR calling him and threatening that they will send notice, NSR and all.
He haven't signed any bond or so.
Regarding NSR, he haven't done NSR registration.
Is it possible to do NSR registration by employer itself ?
Please advise.
Thanks

Forget about the legal notice. The reason for leaving is very clear. Therefore, the company will not proceed with it once they issue a letter in the legal format. Regards, Madhu.T.K

Employment bond is not valid and the maximum amount that the employer can recover from an employee under a contract of employment or the so called bond is the amount that the employer had spent on the training of the employee and nothing else.
