Hello everyone,

Mr. Bhavik has given the full list of documents so that would help everyone in need. But in case you do not happen to find someone who would take the pain of writing full details for you I have another option to help you out.

Whichever department you have to get your company registered with, you may search and find a form for the same online. These forms enlist all the documents that will be required to get your company registered with the concerned department.

Other way, you could simply call the department itself (nearest ESI department, PF office or others) and ask them for the information, they are bound to help you in gathering right documents and getting registered. Or simply visit the office and collect the form physically if possible (they'll give you the right form when you inquire) and gather all the documents enlisted on the back of the form.

This will simply help you in carrying out your duties independently with least futile advises from various people, who you happen to talk to, during the entire process of finding help.

Also, the "self help" way is the best way to teach yourself. You'll learn much more to the depths, by doing it yourself. There is no experience as rich as those that come from "self training" or "self learning".
