We have an organisation christened 'COPE' through which we conduct "Employability Skills Training Programmes" for freshers, just prior to their 'Campus Initiatives' which is a four day module covering Self Esteem and Self Image, Development of Self Confidence, Verbal Aptitude - Theory and Practice, Analytical Aptitude - Theory and Practice, Group Discussions - Theory and Practice and Interviews - Theory and Practice. This gives the students an invaluable opportunity to understand and appreciate the various stages of the recruitment process and gives them the much needed self confidence and makes them 'employable' with a reasonable practice.
