I'm in fix as to how do I communicate the staff memebers that the salary for the month will be delayed due to delay in collection of payment from the client fron 7-dec to 15 -dec.
pls help me as i need it urgently.

Communication in an organization is very important. You need to post a memo to all employees about the delays. You can also pay your employees in parts i.e 40% of their salaries. Please note that this is when you will get to know the loyal employees of your organization.
