I am sheetal having experience of 5 years in hr activity. Right now not working. Plz help me how can i utilize my time. Is there any course in HR which can be done from home or any work related with hr can be done from home.Plz guide me.

few things which you can do to utilise your idle time are
- You can do certification course in psychometric tools, like DISC , its an extensively used psychometric and behavioural tool. Certification gives you licence to interpret , analyse and de- brief the DISc assessment reports of people who take that test.
It gives you complete understanding of behaviours and emotions which is directly linked to the performance , recruitment , strehgths and weakness, talent management, training &Development.
- Likewise you can do certification for Values Analyst (PIAV, personal interest, attitudes and values). It teaches about motivators of an indivdual.
- You can do certification in competencies analysis and Job analysis.
- If you want to get into training , you can go for some TTT programs.
Courses like NLP or SIX SIGMA (HR) are something which you can do depending on your interest and desired role.
- If you want to get into field of SAP then can do SAP Hr courses.
- you can even do freelancing stuff in Training (if u have experience) or can join Recruitment consultancy to keep u busy plus earn you some money.
