Dear all Whether I can withdraw my PF amount, suppose if I had transfer from one company to another company within the group.
From India, Pune
Hi,
Since u are in the mainstream and not leaving the Company but only getting transferred to another group under such circumstances if each group has separate PF code your Pf amount should be transferred to the group where u are transferred. But if the company has one PF code covering all groups then your Pf identity is not changed and thereby u cannot withdraw. However, it depends on the rules and practices of your Company.

Dear ALL,
If the company transferred any employee to with in the group company but one state to other state i want to clear few doubt
1) He continue same P.F. or withdraw P.F. money
2) Whether his service is break, he is eligible for Gratuity and his five years is not completed.
3) Any other compensation he can ask from company or he eligible for bonus, gratuity, and other beneifits.
Looking for reply
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
I agree with the Kalyan's statement.
According to your interest you have both options either to transfer or withdraw pf ammount thereby u can generate a new PF code. You are not eligible to claim 8.33% (Pension Fund) of employer contribution.
