Greetings!
Just recently, my boss wants to implement MBO and he asks me to plan for its implementation. I only know the basic concept of Management by Objective & am currently drafting an MBO Sheet/template.
What are the key elements that an MBO Sheet should contain?
I would appreciate your expert advise on this.

Thank you for replying.
1st part of MBO sheet contains:
1. Goals
2. Steps/Measures to be taken to achieve goal
3. Result/Status
2nd part contains:
1. Overall Self-Evaluation
2. Overall Evaluation by Superior
3rd part contains:
1. remaining issues/goals for next term
I wonder if these are enough or if there are any gray areas here?
