Dear All
Recently in our Project Managers Meeting at our client side. I came to interesting topic titled 'Trust Equation'.
The purpose was to develop trust element in superiors and how the inclination or escalation of commands flow is executed. We may link this topic parallel to communication gap.
To give proper justice and to understand the concept behind this logic, the trainer shared a interesting game titled' Towers of Strength'. I guess members of citehr.com must have heard about this game.
I'm attaching document related to Trust Equation.
I will appreciate your valuable comments in this regard.
