if employe leave in august and creat pf form 12a of sep which mounth pf form 10 attached with pf form 12a sep or aur august

Dear Sir
In the form 12 a for the month of sep, you should show the no. of employees as of last month, as of august's no. of employees, then in the column of no.of employees left, you should show the no.of employees left and then arrive to the no.of employees in sep.
In the form 10 for sep you should show this employees name, father's name and date of resignation as of the date he resigned on august and the reason for leaving.

Dear Vicky,
Suppose the employee left the organization after 25 th of August then u must be prepare the salary. After salary preparaion for the month August u will submitted 12A in the month on or before September 15. Then u will submit form no 10 (it means to inform pf office while leave an employee) on or before 25th sept. If the employee left organization before 25th August u should submitted form no 10 on or before 25th August and form no 12A submitted on or before september 15.

To tally no of pf members of a particular month, when you are submitting
from no 12 a of Sept, should enclosed the details of Form No 10 of Aug month
This is the right partice.

Dear vicky,
plz. remember that if u are preparing f/12 a for the month of August 2010 in the month September 2010, then u have to enter the no. of employee entered in the month of Aug.10 and if anyone resigned or left the services in the month of July 10 l u have to entered it in it. Those who have left the services during the month of August 10 then their name will be entered in the month of September 10.
Form 5 shows the incoming qualifying employee in respective month,
and Form 10 shows the outgoing employee for the last month.
