Dear Friend,
Resignation means "an employee putting down his / her papers with their wish and the papers are being accepted by the Management of the Company.
Termination means "an employee being thrown out by the company with the wish of the Management"..This is also known as Pink Slip....
Termination is of 2 types:
1) Usual termination i.e. Pink Slip
2) Where an employee is said to put down his / her papers in order to avoid any barriers in the employee's future career...
In the case of Judicial Proceedings, if an employee shows the resignation letter, even the management has to show the same copy of the accepted letter....
