The Leaves given in my company is as per given in a Calendar Year. 14 days of Privilege Leave is given.
Suppose an employee of goodwill resigns in March should the entire Privilege Leave be encashed.

Yes employee’s accumulate leave will get encashed with the final Settlments. But it is subject to company policy to what extent employee can encash his leaves.
