Maternity Leave [Thread 194705]


The govt. employees who delivers baby at home are not elegible for maternity leave. Is it necesary to produce medical certificate to get maternity leave? what should those women do to get maternity leave who delivers baby at home?

dear she can take certificate from gram pradhan and obtain birth certificate from conern authority and she will get all benefit under maternity as well as under ESI. regards js malik
