I had attended a interview recently and I was able to give ans to one specific question. (even though I got selected but now it is my duty to know and understand it)
The question was about the lay offs... What is the process of lay off bylaws. Is there any specific procedure one organization should follow for declaring the lay offs? any Govt. Norms are there regarding this.?
