I have been recently given the assignment of Handling Statutory Compliances in my organization & Compliance is something which is new area for me.
Since my organization is a Registered Organization under Shops & Commercial Establishment Act in Gurgaon, Haryana;
1) Therefore, kindly let me know which & what types of compliance should i put in place for my new organization.
2) Which is the best way to keep a check on whether all the compliances are adhered to & what are the various compliances & LABOUR LAWS i shold comply with as per Hayana Labour Department. ?

Therefore, you may go through the Punjab Shops & Commercial Establishment, 1958 as applicable to the State of Haryana. You are also covered under The Minimum wages Act, 1948 being a Schedule Employment. For maintenance of record you are to go through the relevant Rules of Haryana state.For more details you may also visit the office of area Labour Inspector for having knowledge on applicability of different labour laws to be implemented in the State of Haryana.

We are an office registered under Bombay Shops and Establishment Act. until now we have working from 9.00 to 17.30 and Sunday weekly-off.
Now Management has decided to support all our office at globe from mumbai. We are not BPO / KPO, we are having office at Dadar (mumbai), but we provides services to our offices at globe. Hence it is necessary to run the business 24 X 7.
Can you please advice about what kind of compliance we need to do in order to run the business 24 X 7. Any Kind of Exemption needed for this?
