Can any body help me to clarify that what is the Haryana government sanctioned casual and sick leave will be given to the employee.
From India, Gurgaon
Dear Ashok, Tell us where this employee is working ? Regards, R.N.Khola
From India, Delhi
Dear Ashok,
In that case he will be getting casual & sick leaves as per the State Industrial Establishment ( National & Festival Holidays & Casual & Sick Leaves) Act. He will be getting these leaves if he is covered under the definition of worker/employee under this Act otherwise he will be getting these leaves as per the leave policy of the unit where he is working. This opinion is given considering the unit covered under the Factories act, 1948.
