There is no such concept of grace time in payment of contribution
When you fails to pay in time , you have to pay it with fine, normally the fine for delayed payment ranges from 1 month to 6 months, after that the delay.
Any how giving concession of time on your delayed payments after six months , you have to apply to Regional PF commisioner and pay accordingly
