We would like to inform you that Labour Department, Haryana vide their letter No.26708-800 dated 25.08.2009 have intimated the field functionaries that there is an increase of 32 points occurred in Consumer Price Index resulting thereby an increase of Rs.73.92 in the existing minimum rates of wages w.e.f. July, 2009.Thus minimum rates of wages in different categories in all the schedule employments in Haryana have become as under:-

Haryana - 1 July & 1st January every year
Delhi - 1st February & 1st August every Year

What I have observed from site Paycheck.in this is as under:
U P - 1st April & 1st October every Year
At present the minimum Rates of wages for the UP State can be seen for the period from 01.04.2009 to 30.09.2009 at this site.
