Human Resources which is the most vital and important part of every organization is usually not taken very seriously.
Generally Innovation is associated with product Innovations or Marketing/ sales Innovations. In these endeavors, HR is left behind, However , It is just a shortage of our perspective that Innovation in HR are not possible.
