i am an MBA student. so now i have to work on my dissertation. please somebody tell me what is the difference between research paper and dissertation and if anyone has any sample report of dissetation , please send me for my reference.
also please suggest few topic related to emerging trend in hr which i could choose for my dissettation.

It all depends upon what help one is offering. If we are spoon-feeding students either for free or, worse still, for a price, then it is unfair.
