Attached is the E book which I received from my very good friend Mr SN Phadke in Pune India. This is marvelous book on parenting I have seen after I read "How to be a Great Dad" It will take 45 mins approx to read so keep that much at weekend for this time and read it in aloneness.

This is my 3rd post since I have joined citeHR, last one was "Management lessons from Mahabharata" which was repeat loading. I am not sure if this also was on CietHR before or not? If it was then pl excuse me.
