Can anyone suggest some usefull short term courses which will help me to add value to my 4 years of HR experience..currently i m on a sabbatical but plan to get back to track within a year. have searched all the sites in vain for some information..

i still studying, doing MBA HR..
u can try a graphology course.. it has 4 levels.....
or u you can acquire a certificate in OB, industrial psychology...
look it up online.... u get alot of these distance learning courses
there are courses specifically for T&D look em up online.... u shud find em...
