1. Can any one tell me how to motivate the employees.
2. In my organisation every end of the month we have birthday celebration. Myself will organise everything & programs too in the celebration. Now our management has planned to form a commity. is that right way to form a commity with the other department members for the arrangement? pls guide me.

I dnt think,commity will be good essence in the birthday party,it will create mess cs smbdy may be nt interested to put money for others birthday.Its better all the expenses shud be paid by finance dept only.They shud keep sm amount of budget for party in thier petty cash.
1.EVEN M DOING THE SAME IN OUR ORGANISATION,WE USED TO SEND Rs.150/- FLOWER BOUQUET TO every BITHDAY BOY/GIRL AT THIER respective HOMES IN EARLY MORNING WITH A BEAUTIFUL CARD ON ITon thier birthday.
2. We used to organise birthday party & gifts for the birthday persons at the end of the month.

Thank you for the reply.. actually we are getting fund from finance dept.. im asking to organise the event.. our management has planned to form a commity only to organise the events.. is that correct way to involve other department persons in the commity?because i hope organising the events is the duty for HR department. pls reply me
