Notice Period Clause [Thread 173118]

Please let me know if a employee wants to pay his notice period then he has to pay his employer only the basic salary or his total gross salary.

Dear Unless not specified one month salary or wages means full / total salary or wages of a month.

Pl. go through your employment letter (whcih was issued to an employee at time of joining ) i.e. probationary letter if it is specifies one month gross or one month basic you will come to know.
