This is a very important and relevent topic. On many fronts, the teachers, parents and such elders very strongly believe that there is a big gap of understanding (of each other). Teachers complain, "They don't listen. No discipline. No responsibility. No fear of future.. etc." And the yongster complains, " No body understands us. They are stealing our enjoyment. we should be treated with respect without hitting at our rights. We know equally or better than elders."
It appears that the values are being redifined. There seems to be partial truth both sides. However, this discussion needs to be taken further. Thanks for the posting.
