well Anu, there are several HR processes that are carried out at a Big Bazaar outlet, the store HR has to take care of several tasks and activities performed on an everyday basis. when a new big bazaar store opens, a lot pf processes are tried to put in place for the smooth functioning of the store like:
the attendance machine
the ESIC cards of the employees
their bank account details
their uniforms
in case of contract labour, the compliance of the minimum wages and contract labour acts and other stuff like pf and esic by the contractor has to be ensured in its capacity as a Principal employer
the employee engagement iniative which is called Fun Zone [the place in stores where employees take lunch and relax]
the SOP training
all these processes[not necessarily in this order] are succeeded by the Induction process of the new employees called Prarambh which is taken care by the Learning and Development department
