Hi Nitya,
First of all decide your career plan and plan accordingly.
Generally in HR the leagal matters are limited and even if you go for MBL it will be difficult for you to address all specific issues for this any how you want a legal advisor / consultant hence it is better to go for SAP - HR which will add value.
If you want to be a legal officer then you opt MBL which will be an added advantage for this profession.

Hi Nithya,
SAP HR through OLT is 5 months / 200hrs. There is no fixed timings, the other way, it has been designed for working pofessionals, so u can devote ur own time, but, u have to complete the course within 5 months / 200hrs. Also, u have to take up this course only in specified centres proposed by siemens/ genovate/ any other SAP authorised entity.
The future prospectus is very good, it is expected there vl b good amount of openings in nxt 6 months to one year. Employers give first priority to certified candidates, so we have to be ready n equip ourselves. Any more queries?:icon1:....Keep rockin.....
