I thought the slides were pretty good and covers a wide area for understanding on identification, sub-conscious causal and behavioral patterns.
It applies to all cultures but we need to pin it down on the cultures we work in. Conflicts can be so destructive yet when we 'nip it in the bud' early they are quite harmless. It is like fire. WHen out of control we might as well get out of the way.
