I am looking for Recruiter/ HR executive position, I have a strong educational background and several years (4) of professional experience in the field of Recruitment, which I feel uniquely qualifies me for this job opportunity.
My Masters degree education in Business Administration was earned from University of Madras, with specialization in Human resource and Marketing. During my 2 year course, I also did projects related to Recruiting and hence have thorough knowledge of the Recruitment.
After graduating in 2005 with 1st Class was employed by Adecco India (Chennai TN). and I was a IT recruiter for a period of 20 Months.
In Dec 2006, I joined my 2nd Company, Focus Management Consultants India (Chennai TN). I Joined as a recruitment consultant based on my performance and achieving my target I was promoted as senior recruitment consultant and I worked their was about 15 months.
In April 2007 I joined my 3rd Company Cquensys India (Chennai TN) I am still with Cquensys
