So how the communication we can do, if we use Personal Message takes so much time.
Who will see if so many messages...

I agree. If there is any specific reason — misuse, etc.- for this, then CiteHR should find another way to handle it. Rgds, TS

See if i have good material which is large in size so differently i will ask users or users may ask because unable to open the link.
If yours write like ravi.exe at gmail dot com
So end of the day how can i come and see the emails and modify and send back with material to all. Is this Practical???
Even before the emails are not able to copy, that time also users will face problem how can come and write all emails and write in a paper and send??? NOT AT ALL PRACTICAL - Takes hell of the time.
I think we need to think some solucation for this issue.
I seen so many thread with so many posts with email id's asking for material...info to her/his email ID, BUT HOW MANY ARE REALLY SENDING BACK...

We wanted to discourage members from posting their email addresses. There are many reasons:
1) It attracts bad bots who scavenge for email addresses and eventually spam the ones found.
2) The thread become unnecessarily long - causing problems while reading and also causing extra page loads straining the server.
3) Asking members to email the material is not useful - very few will actually email the material to a 100 email addresses - because they would have to write each one themselves as our server converted email addresses to images so they cannot be copy pasted.
But since this is becoming a problem for members we are changing it back to the image substitution.

Great one more suggestion If you see other forums I mean the forums in which discussions on films , movies, bikes , etc takes place,, they are more strict than citehr, there is always a team of moderators who are 24 hours active and if any member found violating rule immediately the member s post is edited and warned,
take my suggestion and remove all phone nos and email address of the members.. . from their posts and signatures... and appoint some good moderators to monitor the posts 24/7 and give them authority to modify the posts..
