Dear All, I was working with a MNC company but i was on payroll of one of the consultany. I resigned from that company 2 years before. Now I m in need of the money, so i want to withdraw my PF amount. Today i called up that consultancy & asked for the procedure to withdraw PF amount. They asked me about the resignation letter & i told them that i had submitted it but the person to whom i gave the letter has left the company. So, now they are telling me that without doing F&F settlement you cannot withdraw your PF amount. My question is can PF withdrawal be related to F&F settlement. Waiting for your valuable reply. dear ofcourse pf withdrawl does not have any relation with full and final settlement but atleast u should resign. now u talk to them regarding pf withdrawl and if they refuse to sign your form you fill up form 19 and 10 c and deposit with pf office directly with an application as previous employer is refused to sign on it. tks js malik

dear you do one thing send them resignation letter again with reference to your earlier resignation and send your PF withdrawl form with your resignation. if they donot cooperate with u than i have already written in my earlier thread. tks js malik

As advised by Mr.Malik you may submit the PF withdrawal forms directly duly signed by govt. officer (in instruction steets attached to form 19, you will find who else can sign on behalf of employer) at the appropriate PF office only. Regards, S.A.Bakshe
