Dear Sir/Madam,
Our is a medium-sizes IT company. Our accountant who is working in our company since 1978, is now leaving our comapny,better to say retireing at his own wish. I am the only HR person in this comapny, having onl;y experi ence of 8 months. Can I organise exit interview for that person. How can i design the form and what should be my medium. As y ou know I am starting this process, I want to make this process very simple and rational. please help me with the entire proc ess, form, how should I approach

Hi, don't worry, go ahead. You perform a search in citehr and definitely you can find exit formats.
You need to get 2 forms, one is for feedback collection and second one is for settlement- checklist. Ok
