HR Shared Services is all about implementing different HR process:Induction/Joining,Termination,Payroll activities,Absconding, and many other process.
Shared services receive the inputs from Projest HR and processing done by shared services team.

HRSS aims at acheiving organizational goals, meeting the expectations of the employees, developing knowledge skills and ability of employees . HRSS ia concerned with people at work and their relationships with each other. It may be defined as a set of programs, functions and activities design to maximize both personal and organizational goal. it ensures that the organization attracts and hires qualified, imaginative and competent people.
HRSS act as an assistance provider, mentor, guide to the employees in order to solve their problem and provide employee satisfaction to the maximum level. The term shared services itself indicates that the HR department helps in sharing the employee problems and tries to provide an effective solution in the form of services.
