i have recently gone through the service agreement as attached and required at the time of joining.
1 can you please inform if this agreement holds valid.
2 if the agreement can be made amnedments to by adding ant seperate clause like non-competence clause.if so then how can it be done
3 if any employee is being done with this agreement( which is assumed to be valid ) can he be asked to sign (say) non disclosure agreement after signing gthe service agreement

dear
i have gone through your agreement .i feel there is problem in two clauses.
first-tenure and termination of employment
if you want to terminate someone than u will give 30 days notice or salary in lie of notice whereas if employee wants to leave organisation than he is required to give 60 days notice or lieu thereof.it is worng it should be same from both the sides.
you can change the agreement within perod of 3 months,it is your sole discreation .this clause is worng .
secondly ---non complition of employment clause
after leaving one can not work for 36 months with competitor ,is worng u can not restrict employment.
