Could someone give tips related to performance appraisal.
Will be thankful if you could give me some model appraisal forms to know the parameters to be considered, techniques, etc.
I got in to the job by fighting a lot and i wanna fight again to prove me.

Pl find attached a format for performance appraisal, which I have created myself for our company. I have taken both qualitative and quantitative aspects that are common for all, so that any employee at any position can be appraised.
