Dear All,
Please go through the PA forms which was developed by me for my organization.I have made Part 1 and Part 2 for the forms.In Part 1 we are dealing with MBO kind of apprisal where the KRA and KPI for each department will be discussed.Column A is for appriasee(self appriasal) ,Column B is appriase(line manager,immediate supervisor) and Column C is for reviewer and weightage will be 20% for Column A,40 % for Column B and 40 % for Column C
Again in Part 2 also same rating happens
Weightage given is 60 % for PART 1 and 40% for PART 2
My idea to club PART 1(MBO portion) and PART 2(Rating Method) is to avoid bias like horns and halo effect
Seniors and experienced HR floks please discuss my forms and give me good suggestions.
