You can do it simply by clicking Tools in Menu bar & than Option & than uncheck grid lines option & OK. You will find all of the sheet blank/white (without lines). In addition, you can insert borders from format to cell option to draw lines whereever you want.

Open Excel. Go to Tools menu, Click View and untick gridlines. Now your entire worksheet will be white i.e. w/o gridlines.
Hi Praveen,
You will get two ways to white paper in Excel
1. If you are using version 2007 go to View menu then click the 'Show/hide' button just untick the 'grid lines' but cursor moves cell to cell.
2. Select the cells and merge the cells what ever work area you want. 'Merge' option in Home Menu. in this cursor moves like word document.
