Can you help me and let me know that at the time of taking interview, how we can judge their attidude, what kind of questions should be their.
please help,
can we use some personality test, but please list down the questinons.

You mean Behavioral interviewing? Its a popular approach to assess the past experiences of a candidate to judge his/her response to identical situations on a future job. Essentially, behavioral interviewing is based on the premise that “past performance in comparable circumstances is the best predictor of future performance.”
