HI
What should be justified charges for per employee/month payroll processing.
The company employee strength is of 2500 people.
Is there anyone who has outsourced it to some vendor?
what all payroll processing covers.
kindly help me in gaining knowledge in this area.

Hi Sachin,
The higher the number of employees, lower the charges. It depends on what parts of the process you plan to handle ie basic salary processing without compliances would be charged minimally and as you add on each compliance the charges increase accordingly.
We are a Mumbai based Payroll outsourcing firm providing similar services to SME's. We can become partners where we could handle your Mumbai based operations and vice versa.
Kindly revert back with your thoughts on the same.
