I have come across a very good and necessary Report by the Working Committee on Occupational Health and Safety for the Tenth Five Year Plan (2002-2007) in one of the Government website.
I am sharing this document because we as HR are custodian and responsible for all OHS issues of our Organisation and it is better for us to go into this report to judge what the Government is thinking , it's vision and plan of action in this regard.
It is quite possible most of the learned members have read this report but those who haven't please go through and it will help you to align your OSH strategies as per Government vision and improve them further.
