Hi Gunjan,

Do you heard about Treasure Hunt Game?

Here it is - :icon1:

I) Preparation for game -
  • First visit that place alone or with 2 or 3 helping person(who will keep all information confidential )
  • Drew 4-5 routes starting from different directions and finished on one point. ( you can play this game in Mountains, garden or office premise too)
  • Each rout should have at least 6-8 points. collect the clues accordingly ie. big stone, trees or any other bench mark.
  • Make a chits, for 4-5 teams each team should have find 6-8 points on route. Make it carefully, little mistake will spoil all game.
  • Never mention direct name of next point, specify indirect clues in each chit about the next point.
II) On the day of game -

  • To make game interesting, keep some eatables near chit ie. chocolate, fruits, biscuit, and mention to find out this eatables in that chit.
  • Make 4-5 teams, one team should be mixed with different departments and level. ie- one person from technical side one person from finance etc. depends upon number of person and department of your company.
  • Team size should be limited up to 10-15 members.
  • Choose one leader to each team according to vote of team.
  • Tell them about rules and time limit of game. (Time should be 30 min)
  • A nice Price for wining team should be kept at finishing point.
  • The game will me more exciting, if management also take a part in it and participated in a game like normal member.
This game is very exciting and motivating, if you are facing interdepartmental conflicts in your company, this will help to to forget all conflicts and make the employee think the whole organisation is as a team.

Wish You All The Best..!!!:)
