Uploading a Document for assessing the training method to use for an employee or a group of employees. I have tried this and I have been successful in inducing the effective method as per the feed back. The form is in a basic do it and assess yourself format. What I did was, I gave the Test questions to 8 employees from our company and the result was calculated by me, and then I redesigned my training as to match the result, and I had a very fruitful outcome from the training. Its always good to know how people like to get trained, before you actually train them. Hope this helps you too. Thanks to my friend for forwarding this to me..
